This chocolate mould will make 2 father christmas shaped chocolate lollipops.

This chocolate mould will make 2 father christmas shaped chocolate lollipops.
Make both the front and the back piece of the lollipop then stick the back piece of father christmas onto the front using some melted chocolate as your glue.
These moulds are made of a flexible plastic and will last many uses if looked after properly.
To wash the moulds just wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. The best way to get the chocolate out of the moulds is to cool it sufficiently.
If the moulds are cooled properly (in a fridge) the chocolates will just drop out.
